Anthocyanin Colour

Anthocyanins are red to blue pigments which are found in a wide variety of Fruits and Vegetables. Grapes, Berries and Black Carrots are the major sources used around the world to derive this colour.

Anthocyanin colour is considered to be very versatile and easy to use. It is largely water soluble in nature and used in soft drinks, Jams & Jellies, Sugar Confectioneries and Frozen Products.
